SendLegalLetter is operated by DemandLetterAI. SendLegalLetter is a document preparation service that uses artificial intelligence to help you generate a demand letter based on the information you provide. The service is not a substitute for legal advice from a licensed attorney.
2. Not Legal Advice
The content generated by SendLegalLetter, including any demand letter or related text, is for informational and document-preparation purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. Laws vary by state and situation, and only a licensed attorney can provide legal advice tailored to your case. 3. No Attorney–Client Relationship
Use of SendLegalLetter does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and DemandLetterAI or any person or entity associated with it. SendLegalLetter is not a law firm and does not employ lawyers to provide legal advice. Any communication through this service is for the purpose of document preparation only.
4. Payment and Refunds
Access to the generated demand letter requires a one-time payment of $29 (USD). All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. To request a refund, contact us at support@sendlegalletter.com or visit paddle.net.
5. Your Responsibility for Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide to SendLegalLetter. The quality and appropriateness of the generated letter depend on the information you supply. You agree to review the generated letter before use and to correct any errors. DemandLetterAI is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provide.
