2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@sendlegalletter.com within 14 days of your purchase, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Please include your order details and a description of your request.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times are typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
